Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage, and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.
This quiet, private top floor corner unit has amazing views of the 8,000 square foot three-tiered pool that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining and kitchen area.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops with marble back splashes, gas stove and stainless appliances, Cuisinart cookware, a Keurig and 12-cup Cuisinart coffee maker. The dining room seats eight with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has an additional table and lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.
Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.
Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.
Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.
Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Fabulous Home!
This home is fabulous and so spacious!
Each room has its own full bath, that was huge for us. There's plenty of patio furniture and that's where we spent every night, the view over the pool is great!
We chose this unit because it was on the top floor/corner and it was quiet, never disturbed by the pool noise or other neighbors.
In-unit laundry was great, ICE MAKER was fabulous. We appreciated the cooler & little beach chairs, would love more beach accessories so we don't have to bring our own. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Very Clean unit and Facility
Upon arrival, our check-in was very easy, and we didn't have to get out of the car. The unit is located on the top floor on the corner so it had a lot of windows and bright. The unit was very clean inside with plenty of dishes and a nice gas range. The pool area and bathrooms were very clean also. The owners were responsive asking about our stay and even called. The extra ice maker was a huge deal because we packed coolers daily for the beach and pool. I would 100% rent this unit again.

This was our 5th time staying at Adiago. Everything was great! The steps up/down to the beach are hard on us folks getting older. 45 of them. But the condo and facility were fantastic.

Room with a View
This was our third stay at Adagio and ranks as the best. The condo was well situated on the top floor and was a corner unit which we really liked. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very well organized. The staff was very helpful dealing with the few minor issues that arose, notably figuring out the TV with 4 remotes!

Grandkids loved the bunkbeds!
Bunkbeds and under the counter icemaker were a dream come true. Top floor, corner unit was wonderful. Hesitated to write a review because I didn't want to reveal what a gem it is. Sorry it wasnt availbe this year for us.

It was great. The condo was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed over the last 15 years along the 30A Coast. The unit was in a great location overlooking the pool, was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed.

Winter Retreat
We spent a month at Adagio. The unit was very clean and beautiful. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Tried several restaurants in area which all were good, but also was nice to have the well stocked kitchen in the unit to enjoy some meals on our balcony.
We are already trying to plan when we can return.

Felt like a luxury Resort

Fantastic spacious condo for all 3 of our families. A big balcony that overlooked the pool which was especially nice. Kitchen well stocked with under counter ice machine and all the essentials. Games, books and great wifi was plentiful. There were a few odd things that I could list, but super minute: the light switch to the bathroom was in the bedroom which was difficult when trying not to wake up spouse sleeping at night. The balcony furniture (specifically the table chairs) were kind of uncomfortable to sit in. We only were supplied with 2 bath towels per room and 2 kitchen hand towels. Other than that, the condo was awesome, staff were so nice and would recommend!!

Wonderful Condo!
Adagio D405 was fabulous! Very tastefully decorated and very clean. All the amenities we needed including a blender! We enjoyed our poolside balcony especially in the mornings for breakfast. The afternoons are sunny on the balcony and a perfect place to wind down the day. The pools were a great place when we didn’t want to be on the beach. Perfect for our one-year-old granddaughter. Access to the beach was very easy. Adagio is located away from the hubbub of Watercolor, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Luxury, Cleanliness and a Perfect Spot to Relax
My husband and I took our five grandsons, ages 14-18, for a wonderful week in this condo. First impressions mean a great deal and even the five boys were thrilled about the space. There was plenty of room to spread out, plenty of seating in all areas and plenty of beds and bathrooms. Another plus was full sized washer and dryer which helped immensely with all the beach towels. The condo was freshly painted and appointed with the right amount of decoration. We were on the top floor and had a great view of the pool. This was important as we spent our days at the beach and our evenings watching the boys at the pool. We went at the height of the season so we decided to cook in most of our meals. Kitchen had everything that I needed to help feed 5 always hungry fellows. We will definitely return!

Excellent Vacation!
We really enjoyed our stay at Adagio! My family loved the pools. The condo was lovely and roomier than most beach condos, in my experience. I loved that there was a gas range and the kitchen was very well supplied (pots, pans, etc.)

No Suprises!
Everything was perfect. D405 was beautiful and much bigger than the pictures show. We really enjoyed being on the top floor in a corner unit. The extra side window in the living room was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Sunny Santa Rosa Beach
Can I just say love, love, love!! We just loved Adagio D405! It met ALL of our family needs! It was updated, very clean and comfortable in EVERY way! I loved the decor too! It felt very cozy! The amazing kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook a family dinner at home! Having the separate ice maker was a bonus! There are plenty of nice restaurants in Santa Rosa to go to as well or get carry out if you don’t feel like cooking!We loved the view of the 3 tier pool from the balcony! Being steps from the beach is the best! The crystal blue water and white sand are breathtaking! We rented an umbrella and 2 beach chairs this trip and I was so thankful we did! It was nice to just walk down to the beach and have your spot waiting for you! The service at Adagio was VERY efficient! We had to call the front desk one time and they were on it and had the problem fixed within the hour! I was impressed!THANK YOU ADAGIO! I could go on and on! We will be back to Adagio D405 in the future!

Best Condo/Resort in Santa Rosa Beach
This rental unit, and resort, was the best location was have stayed in. We have been traveling to the Destin area for 10 years straight and have stayed at various places; this by far is our favorite. And the beach is beautiful. We booked our stay for the same week next year before we left. Defiantly worth it.

Family vacation
We loved this property and rental unit. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The pools were clean and not crowded. I would highly recommend the chair company to rent your beach chairs and umbrella, it was great having that done for us every day. The owner of this condo was great to work with. We will be back!

This condo was wonderful!!!
This condo was immaculate. Well equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was very large. The location was perfect. The top (4th floor) corner allowed us to watch gorgeous sunsets. The kids LOVED the pools. Only regret is that we had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency back home. I would definitely stay here again. Adagio staff was extremely delightful to work with. Thank you!

Exceeded ALL expectations
The condo was fantastic in every way. From easy check in process to cleanliness and the amount of space. Adagio itself has a wonderful layout, all units very close to the beach and the pools were great! The beach was great and there are tons of great good choices.

Unit 405 was very nice and in good shape! (I prefer beach front so that I can enjoy the ocean view while kids are napping, though that has nothing to do with this unit.) decor was nice and we absolutely love this complex!

Winter Break
Great property. Grounds well-maintained and attractive. Heated beach pool a real plus although main pool was unheated, which was disappointing since it was spectacular-looking. Personnel on property attentive and helpful.
