Best beach and area on 30-A
Had our kids, grandson, his friend for the week. Shark deep sea fishing, parasailing, golfing and beach - all were great fun. Plenty of good, nearby restaurants.

Excellent stay at Blue Mountain Beach!
The description of this unit was very accurate. The whole unit was very clean and we loved the decor. The extra bunk beds were a nice touch and perfect for my family. The pool is incredible and the beach is very close. You simply cannot beat this great location. Customer service is there if you need it and great restaurants just down the street. Highly Recommended!

Fantastic Week on 30A
Adagio E205 was perfect for our family for our weeklong vacation on 30A. We travelled with our family of 5 and two grandparents. The unit was bright, clean, comfortable, and had all of the things we needed (extra emphasis on this... the unit was truly amazing). The unit's full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and bathrooms for each bedroom made this especially comfortable for a family flying in from the Midwest. The pool was fantastic for the kids... we never felt crowded. Getting to the beach was quick and easy, and the rental options on the beach were convenient. We discovered several fun places that were a short walk or drive from Adagio. Grace Pizza and Beach Camp were great spots to eat with the family, and we found a little ice cream shop and coffee shop right by Mimmo's on 30A. Getting to Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach was easy as well. We have travelled to the 30A area many times... this was by far our favorite spot to stay and play. We will be back!

A Little Slice of Paradise
This unit was exactly as pictured. The complex building architecture and pool was more beautiful than pictures could depict. Great beach location away from public access. Very responsive management company. Nice large unit for family. Beautifully decorated.

the unit and the entire property were excellent! very well maintained and outstanding amenities - pools- hot tubs - beach access etc - the one very short issue - very loud music being played poolside was handled quickly by onsite security/property mgmt ( the woman who handled this she be commended for her quick and decisive action. it was a great vacation at a wonderful property - highly recommended

Great Fall Break
The stay was GREAT! Very Clean and nice location. The condo was great for kids and the whole family enjoyed the stay. We were very close to the beach not a long walk at all and the rental chairs were easy to book and access. We enjoyed driving into Seaside for some local fun and shopping and to Destin for some good favorite foods. Over all I was certainly recommend this condo and we will be back.

Great family vacation
Condo was clean and well appointed although a spare blanket would have been nice. Pool was right outside and perfect for all. Short walk to the beautiful white soft sandy beach. Perfect vacation spot for our family to gather including 3 grandkids 5and under. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love 30A. Our family very much enjoyed our 2nd time in Santa Rosa. Lovely, well cared for condo. Beautiful grounds and pools. Management was helpful and impressively responsive. We'd definitely recommend and hope to return. Our only regret is that we didn't buy property in Santa Rosa 10 years ago! :((

Always a lovely time
The best part about the Adagio are the other wonderful tenants. The lower winter rates seem to draw active cheerful people who do not mind the less than perfect climate in January and February. This condo always gets nice comments by other guests for it's decor and cleanliness. We have enjoyed it for two years. If the rent was not increasing so significantly I would have returned for a third year.

Best place we have stayed in at Blue Mountain. The condo was very well equipped, the owners thought of everything guests would need. Our granddaughter's loved watering the porch plant! Short walk to Blue Mountain Creamery. We will definitely visit Adagio E-205 again.

We had a wonderful summer vacation at Adagio. The condo was lovely with nice size rooms and everyone had their own bathrooms. The 3 tiered pool was great fun for the kids and the beach was beautiful. The condo felt like a home away from home and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We would definitely recommend Adagio.

Comfortable stay
The property was very clean. Details on the unit: Each bathroom had plenty of room to store items. The mattresses were what I would describe as "firm." The master bed did require a step stool to get into. I was disappointed that there were no recycle bins on the Adagio resort.

Christmas visit
Overall very pleased with the booking. Next time if I do book near Christmas, would have like to have indoor pool, especially since we had grandchildren with us. Also we were not given any information on use of the physical fitness center in the complex.

Well appointed 30-A vacation condo
Adagio E-205 is a beautiful condo that overlooks the resort style pools. The gated community is on the beach, and we used the owner's beach chairs.The unit is spacious with each bedroom having their own bathroom suite. It is well equipped and professionally decorated. We loved our stay and have recommended it to our friends. We drove to restaurants as this end of 30-A has fewer businesses nearby.

Great Property-Well Cared For
First time staying here but we will definitely be back next year. The condo was very clean, in good condition and very homey. We had everything we needed. The property was nice and felt more upscale than others we've been at previously. The couple of cons I noticed where kids on the property doing things they weren't supposed to like being in the hot tub that was supposed to be 16 and above and climbing on areas of the pool that clearly said stay off. There is no one policing that to ensure other guests can enjoy those areas. The other thing, not sure it can be controlled, is the section of beach you are allowed to be on. There are a lot of people in the complex and given the small section of beach you are allowed to be on, it was pretty crowded. Tolerable but definitely wished we had more room to spread out. I liked being able to talk to the homeowner before we rented. She was so friendly and it was nice to be able to find out about the property from someone who lived/ stayed there as it added a personal touch.

We had a great experience with Adagio, unit E-205. Scot was very attentive and professional in how he handled our booking and during our stay. The unit was clean and well equipped. The only negative we experienced was that the beach service employees were not as attentive and friendly as we have experienced in the past.

Wonderful time at Adagio in this lovely condo that has everything one might want and more! The location, decor, and amenities are perfect for a restful, fun-filled vacation. The condo is roomy and luxurious, and Adagio is especially well-kept and beautiful. The owners' desire for their guests' comfort and enjoyment is apparent in all the well-thought out details! Wonderful Vacation!
We loved staying at Adagio in E-205! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well appointed with all of the necessities. The view of the pool from the balcony was beautiful day or night. The beach was just a short walk through the complex. We would highly recommend this unit and will definitely be back!

Seven days at the Adagio

We would definitely stay here again!
We were very pleased with our unit, and the property in general. We have three children 16, 14, and 12 and they all loved it. It's also nice to be a little ways away from Seaside which can be a little crazy at night (as far as kids go).
