This incredible unit is sure to be the perfect place to stay for your beach vacation. Come and sit on the spacious patio and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sun or enjoy the late afternoon shade while listening to the waterfalls from the 3 tier pool.
Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.
This beautiful three bedroom and three bath unit has 180-degree pool views that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining, and kitchen area.
The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with marble back splashes, a gas stove, and Kitchen appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has a great table and lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.
Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area is a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or enjoy a gathering with family and friends.
Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside, and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach Highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.
Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.
Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Adagio was recommended to us 3 years ago by my daughter. We have stayed in the Blue Mtn. area for several years before that and fell in love with it ever since.

Ice maker for the win!
Great condo, clean, well-kept, perfect location, AND there is an icemaker! Really, how much beach time is wasted "going to get ice", not to mention the freezer space it monopolizes.
Only complaint we had is the top bunk railing in the hallway is barely held together with a few staples and it falls off at the slightest touch. It really is a safety hazard as it wouldn't prevent anyone from falling. It should be mounted securely with screws. Thankfully, we didn't need the bunk for sleeping so it wasn't a huge issue for us.
