Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.
This beautiful four-bedroom and three-bath unit has dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining, and kitchen area.
The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with marble backsplashes, a gas stove, and Kitchen appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has a great table and lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.
Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue-green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and include three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The Gulf front lawn area is a fantastic spot to take in the Gulf sunset or enjoy a gathering with family and friends.
Adagio's convenient location allows quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside, and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach Highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.
Adagio is one of the best-managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family-friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on-site seven days a week.
Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

It was great! Always nice to stay in an Adagio Condo. This one is nicely equipped and nicely decorated. Everything is in good order. Staying in Santa Rosa is ideal for us.

Huge place! Great views, great time
The pictures at all Adagio units don’t ever do them justice. The condo is huge. We had a great time. The beach was clean, the pool and grounds were clean. The beds were comfortable. Walkable to a few restaurants and shops and a little health food grocer down the road. Lots to do that kept us busy!! My one comment is that we wished there was more room on the Adagio beach for non-rental chairs and umbrellas. But we love coming here! This is our second time back and we plan to come again.

Beautiful view
Great location and one of a kind view of the beach. Washer needs attention, doesn't ring water out of clothes very good. Had to dry for long periods in dryer. Loved Loved the location and view. Would highly recommend...

Family Vacation--Dawson Family
Great Unit. The only issue was the icemaker. Reported on Monday but was told the service guy couldn't come till Saturday which was disappointing. Offered to bring us a bag of ice but we purchased ice during the week . The unit wasn't ready by 5 on Saturday.
