This beautiful Adagio beach-front unit has one of the best locations on the property bar none. From the back patio, you can turn left and walk immediately through the gate to the heated infinity pool or turn right to be just a few steps away from the boardwalk down to the beach.
The owners have updated the unit for the 2021 season. New carpets in all bedrooms, new couches and seats in the living room, and new sliding shower doors in the bathroom round out this already great unit!
The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with marble back splashes, a gas stove, and stainless appliances. The dining room seats six with room for four more at the bar. The balcony has an additional table and lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.
Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool and just 30 yards from the front door of this unit. The gulf front lawn area is a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or enjoy a gathering with family and friends.
Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside, and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach Highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak and paddle board rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.
Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.
Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit by the association. Contact management for third-car options.

Beautiful unit with superb appliances. Everything worked with the unit except two of bedroom televisions were not functioning. The unit was immaculate and roomy and tastefully decorated. Location on Gulf was prime. Everyone had a wonderful stay. Hosts were helpful, friendly, and easy to reach.

Great Location!
There were eight in our group, which included three children, ages 12 and 3, and an 11-year old with autism. We had a terrific time! Unit B104 is steps from the beachfront pool and moments from the beach walkway. Happily, the sliding glass door was too heavy for the kids to open. We spent nearly every minute at the beach or in one of the pools, so proximity to the unit was a plus. There are restaurants, an ice cream place and souvenir shops within walking distance. We rented a car but it's possible to have groceries delivered (too far to walk). All the pots, pans, appliances (including large washer/dryer), silverware, plates one could ever need were provided. We had some issues (a clogged toilet; broken lock) at arrival, all handled promptly and with a smile. Needed sheets in the middle of the night (sick baby) and the phone was answered. At least 3 of the 5 tvs were smart tvs; didn't use the 4th tv. Guests were respectful of one another's space and property. It really was quiet at 10pm! We rented an umbrella and chairs for three days and lounged in the community area three days. Enjoyed both experiences. Staff was helpful and kind. Would definitely do this again.

Spacious and conveniently located
Our family had a great visit to the Adagio on Santa Rosa Beach. This unit was conveniently located near the beachside pool and steps to the beach. We were extremely happy with the unit itself and staff. We took advantage of the chair and umbrella service a few days and used our own beach gear a few days. I guess the only negative thing is that the rental area reserves most of the space on the private beach. The private setups only get less than 1/3 of the space. I will say that in doing so it keeps a more upscale resort-like appearance to the beach area. (I don’t blame them)

Enjoyed my stay!
This is a great location and a spacious, well appointed condo. I have stayed at this complex before, and love the Blue Mountain Beach area. The condo was clean and comfortable. Upgrades have been done to the condo, since the first rental pictures. If I was to change anything, I would do a deep cleaning of the kitchen. The pots and pans, drawers and cabinets need a thorough cleaning. February is a great time to stay. Adagio Realty was great to work with and addressed my concerns promptly. There are many good restaurants nearby. I look forward to returning next year.

Amazing views
We had a wonderful week in B-104. This unit is perfectly located near the heated pool and steps away from the beach access. The views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets are amazing. I would definitely stay at Adiago and in this unit again. My family and I enjoyed every minute of it.

Wonderful Vacation on 30A
B-104 was very comfortable. The property description was excellent. The bed/mattresses seemed new & comfortable, the unit layout was great for our family. The property was clean and well-maintained with the exception of the area rug in the living room. Our feet were black from walking on it, especially the baby when he crawled. There was dried coffee in the cups, food on the knives and utensils, glasses were obviously drank from and put away dirty, etc. It is the renters responsibility to clean the dishes, so this is not the fault of the owners or managers. This would be bad before the pandemic, but these days, it is unbelievable how inconsiderate people can be. There wasn't a hairdryer in the unit so I called Adagio and within minutes they delivered one. This was our first time staying on the ground floor and it was very convenient to the pool and beach. The only problem we had was the kids in the unit above us threw sunflower seeds over the rail on our patio. We asked them to stop, but that didn't last long... We did meet some guests that were extremely nice!
The beach is narrow and it was crowded with chairs and umbrellas, but LaDolce Vita did the best they could to accommodate everyone and give them the space they needed. We would highly recommend this unit to friends and family and would love to return. We all agreed that we should have stayed for 2 weeks, 1 week went by too quickly!

The perfect setting for a family vacation.
We loved our time at Adagio. We chose a first floor beachfront condo to accommodate our family with a small child. The condo and lanai were beautiful, the property was beautiful, and the views were amazing! All of this in a quaint, small town atmosphere! Loved, loved, loved our experience!!

Perfect Family Getaway
We love the Adagio. When you take a chance on a February trip, it helps to have the heated pool and the green space for the kids to play in the event of cold/windy weather on the beach. The units are always clean. This particular unit did not have extra amenities (salt and pepper/spices, hair dryers, etc) so plan ahead for that. The kitchen was stocked with every cooking pot, pan, or dish you would need though! We look forward to returning again very soon!

Amazing Unit!
We absolutely loved our unit! The pool was right out our back door and just stepped to the beach! Our unit had everything we needed and more! We will definitely be booking with Adagio again! This was our 4th year coming to 30A except this year we came first week of September (normally go in July) and we enjoyed the September week even more than summer! Great time to come, not near as busy!
