Welcome to Paradise on the Gulf at Adagio! D202 is a 3BR 3BA unit recently updated. The living area is equipped with a large flat panel TV and plenty of seating! The second BR is also a king-size bed. The third bedroom has two full beds and the hallway comes with a set of bunk beds for an 8-person capacity unit! This unit includes high-quality KitchenAid appliances in a well-stocked kitchen for in room dining! The unit overlooks the 8,000-square-foot pool surrounded by palm trees.
Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.
Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.
Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.
Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Amazing unit for Spring Break 2023
Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful balcony overlooking the big Adagio pool. Close to the beach and several great restaurants. We were able to relax and enjoy family in this beautiful condo at Adagio. The staff were helpful with recommendations of local shops, activities and great restaurants. We will definitely be back to Adagio and D202!!

Everything was great. Large balcony was awesome. Condo was very spacious. Love the location and love 30A. Beach staff was very nice and helpful when renting umbrella. Only issue was master bedroom carpet needed cleaned or replaced which is understandable with the amount of traffic it gets. Would love to return some day.

Santa Rosa Beach/Adagio
Our vacation to Adagio and Santa Rosa Beach exceeded all of our expectations! We have stayed in Adagio several times and we will go again! It is a quiet, nicely laid out property. Not too big but just right! We enjoyed the relaxation of sitting on the balcony, listening to the waterfall at the pool and the beach was a perfect way to enjoy the ocean. Our condo was very comfortable and decorated well. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather and nice temperatures each day!

Our stay at this condo was a wonderful experience. The unit was equipped with everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The Adagio amenities were such a plus. We especially enjoyed the hot tub in January and February! The only thing that could use improvement is the internet & phone connectivity.

Wonderful vacation
We loved this property. We enjoyed daily 30A walks or bike rides directly outside the property. This unit is a short walk to beach. Wish the large pool was heated bc most days it wasn’t used since it’s fall break weather. We did not pay for beach chairs but did rent the umbrella. I prefer my own chair. Unit was lacking some kitchen items but we made it work. Room was comfy, plenty of balcony seating.

Adagio D202 is a wonderful condo that is beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The only recommendation I have is that the cookware needs to be replaced. Other than that I would highly recommend this property. The pool was great and access to the beach was a short walk. Lots of great restaurants close by.
