Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage, and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.
This beautiful three bedroom and three bath unit has dazzling views of the 8,000 square foot three-tiered pool that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining and kitchen area.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops with marble back splashes, gas stove and KitchenAid appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.
Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.
Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.
Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.
Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Just Wonderful!
The stay was wonderful and a great location. My family loved it! I would highly recommend Adagio and this unit. The pictures did not even do it justice. It was super spacious and could walk barefoot all the way to the beach. We will be coming back and staying specifically in this unit. Thank you!

5/28-6/3 summer getaway
We really enjoyed this condo and the Adagio. The unit is very spacious and there was plenty of room for 6 of us. We had a few issues..one with the dryer not working and then the ac unit leaking but they were so quick to send someone out to fix the issues we reported. The furnishings in the unit are definitely well loved but still functional. The couches had some stains but were very comfortable. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable and the balcony was fantastic. My mom stayed with us and used the queen bedroom and she did have trouble sleeping because the mattress was older and did not have a topper on it. The other mattresses were fine. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils but it would have been very helpful to have some storage containers with lids for the food we cooked as there was only one in the unit. We absolutely loved the separate ice maker in this unit! Overall we had a wonderful trip. The beach was beautiful and my kids loved the pool and hot tub. It would have been nice to have some beach toys for the kids or some extra chairs but we just bought what we needed and brought them home. Publix and Walmart are both within quick driving distance. Some of the restaurants were also great and within walking distance. We tried redfish, Blue Mabel and blue mountain bakery which had the best cinnamon rolls!!! We love the 30 A area and this did not disappoint!!

Perfect Location
I have stayed at Adagio many times and thoroughly loved this unit. Only suggestions would be larger coffee cups along with fresh painting of trim, starting to get a bit worn looking. I am in the renovation business back home and notice those small things, great unit and love the furnishings. Thanks for sharing with my family.

The room was beautiful and very clean. Loved the large corner balcony.
Management was so helpful. We needed a crockpot and they brought one to room immediately. Also had the blender stop working and they had that replaced within a few hours. Only negative would be the dryer- takes hours to dry a load of clothes. And a few more towels would have been nice. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo in a great location
Well decorated condo with superb amenities; Well stocked Kitchen. Very firm beds. Only issue was with the carpet/map in living room and hall. It was so hard it started hurting our bare feet. Management was very responsive in addressing a bedding issue.

Great location. This is the 5th time to visit Adagio and the 3rd unit to rent. It was our favorite. The beds are bit hard, but the ice machine in the kitchen was great. Thanks for sharing.

We had a lovely week in Santa Rosa. The unit was spacious, clean, and in a great location. The unit was not very well stocked with staples that I have found in previous rentals (beach towels, spices, basic kitchen provisions, sufficient toilet paper, sufficient bath towels, cleaning supplies). Overall we had a great stay and would return.

D-301 is a Good Choice
We've stayed at Adagio many times and this unit is our favorite. It's bright and cheery, with handsome decor and it felt like home for a week. The condo offers plenty of seating for meals and gatherings in the living area. The management company was helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Adagio Association Realty & Management again.

Great Family Vacation
We stayed at Adagio with family for a week and had friends staying in another unit on property. We loved our condo. We enjoyed using the beautiful kitchen to prepare meals, eating on the patio, then having easy access to go back down to the beach or pool. It was perfect way to relax! The property was beautiful, well maintained, clean and private. We will definitely stay again!
