Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage, and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.
This beautiful 2nd floor, three bedroom and three bath unit has dazzling views of the 8,000 square foot three-tiered pool and that view can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining and kitchen area.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops with marble back splashes, gas stove and KitchenAid appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.
Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.
Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.
Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.
Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Nice, spacious property
Overall, this property was nice and well maintained. The location is ideal and the private beach access is a big plus.
The unit itself is quite spacious and comfortable, though it is a bit outdated and could use a renovation update soon. The rugs and carpet are a bit worn and the unit lacked some basic amenities that would make preparing meals a bit easier - coffee filters, basic spices, etc., but overall we were satisfied with our stay.

This spacious condo was clean, well maintained, steps from the beach and pools, and close to everything we enjoy about 30A. The property description was accurate. The property management was very responsive, friendly, and efficient. We had a great experience.

Wonderful unit and perfect location for a family!
The unit was plenty large for our family of 6. It was clean and exceeded our expectations. The balcony views were delightful, receiving majority of the daytime sunlight. The location is ideal for a family. A few steps away from the pools and beach, as well as walking distance to restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!

This unit at Adagio was amazing. Beautifully furnished, very clean, updated, nicely appointed, tons of room, great balcony, wonderful location.... I could go on. We will definitely consider this unit again when we come back to Adagio!

Wonderful & Relaxing
We just spent a wonderful week relaxing at the beautiful Adagio resort. The condo is so nice and very clean! You will not be disappointed in this condo. We will definitely be back! This was our first visit to Santa Rosa. It is a beautiful and quaint area. Not touristy at all with the traffic and tourist shops.
Just a note: We rented 5 chairs / large umbrella, and that added $650 to the budget. That's a crazy amount for rentals. We've always rented umbrella and chairs whenever we're at the beach, and have never paid anywhere near this amount. This is not a reflection on the unit, but on LVD rentals. I wish Adagio would allow other rental companies opportunities to have rentals.

Perfect Ambiance
Our third time at the Adagio, and per usual, the perfect vacation. Loved the swivel chairs giving the best view over the pool and the quiet surroundings the cooler weather brings. We enjoyed relaxing in the wonderful accommodations, and the cool, but sunny time on beautiful white beaches provided fun for the whole family. We hope to keep coming back!

Our group of 8 enjoyed our stay at Adagio G-202. We liked the location in regards to the beach, eating, and shopping. The facility’s amenities were good especially the pool area. The beach area was a little crowded but we stayed during one of the busiest weeks.

Family Vacation May 2021
We stayed in unit G202 for our family vacation this year and it was so relaxing at the Adagio complex. The view from our balcony was stunning with the pool fountain right across from us! The large outdoor table on our balcony was perfect for playing card games. The beach was beautiful and we were thankful that we pre-booked beach chairs and umbrella for the week. Our family was out on the beach every day enjoying some fun in the sun! We all loved the pool area too, and the water temp in the pool was perfect during the last week of May! The condo was very spacious with plenty of room for our young adult children to lounge and relax. We loved the layout of the condo and enjoyed our week here! We can’t wait to return for a future vacation and would highly recommend Adagio!

Adagio 10th visit
This year was most likely my 10th visit to the Adagio complex. The units are excellent, they do have some wear but they are still in fantastic condition.
The only major grievance that I have is that the complex has give an umbrella company the rights to rent umbrellas and chairs and they have allocated them 3/4 of the beach front. You had to be at the beach at 5:30am to get a position near the front.
Having to sit near the back of the beach in the middle of summer is brutal. You do not get the ocean breeze to cool you down.
For that reason alone, I will have to reconsider staying at the property again.

Wonderful as always

G202 Our Dallas family vacation
Really enjoyed our week’s stay, however unit not providing any basic necessities was troublesome. Arrived late Saturday night, checked in & had to go to Public for essentials such as paper towels, coffee filters, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, etc. Publix on a Saturday night was extremely crowded & shelves empty for necessary items!!

We had an awesome week at Adagio in unit G202! This unit was very clean, spacious, and well appointed! The balcony furniture has a large table with cushioned chairs and 2 lounge chairs. The sectional sofa in the living room is huge & comfy! Even though we weren’t Gulf Front, the walk to the beach was quick and easy. Building G is the closest pool side building to the beach access. We rented a 14 foot umbrella for the week and brought our own chairs. We were always in the front row. We reserved the umbrella from LDV online about a month before our arrival. There are quite a few steps going down to the beach. We decided not to use our beach cart that we brought. Bringing it down the steps would have been difficult. The pool is awesome and huge! It never seemed overcrowded. We walked to the Aloha store, and Blue Mountain Creamery. There are a few other places to eat in walking distance. We ate at the Irish pup across the street! Great burgers! We also had pizza delivered.
Checking in/out was super easy. Our unit was ready before the 4:00 check-in time. I was emailed codes for our door, drive-through gate, pedestrian gate, and the gym before our arrival.
Awesome, family friendly place! We will definitely return to Adagio!

Spring Break April '19
G202 is a great unit at Adagio. Nicely furnished, super clean. We've stayed in several other units at Adagio and this one did not disappoint. Blue Mountain Beach and the Santa Rosa Beach area are the ideal on the gulf coast. Not as crowded and more scenic than Panama City and Destin but both are easy drives.

Outstanding Unit
Our family of 8 had a wonderful relaxed vacation experience. The unit was meticulously clean and was well appointed. We used the pool everyday as well as the grills located by each building. This unit does not disappoint and we would definitely stay here again. Scott from the management company was helpful and willing to answer all questions. The check in process was a breeze. The only drawback to the complex is the steps down to the beach-there are a few. Also, the complex only allows 2 cars per unit. It will cost an additional $100 for another car. The complex was manicured nicely and very clean. Beautiful grounds!

Blaylock’s stay at adagio
We loved our stay at adagio this was my 4th time back staying with them.
It was everyone else in our groups first time and they all loved it! We love the location it’s a calm little area good for relaxing on the beach but not far from Destin or Panama if you decide you want to go for a night on the town. This is really the only place I ever want to stay when we go to Florida because we love it! Stormy who helped us with our rental and any questions we had is AMAZING!

Amazing, beautiful, pristine property
We could not have ask for a better condo. Great location, very clean well maintained property. Plenty of room for 8 people, great kitchen, full size washer and dryer, huge balcony. The decor is beautiful. 3 bathrooms were all huge & beautiful. The propery manager was great. Oh and the beds were truly comfortable. 2 pools, great beach access. Highly recommend.
