About Seaside, Florida
Known for its unique New Urbanist, late-20th-century design, pastel-painted houses, and an iconic state park, Seaside is a great place to escape for a morning adventure or evening meal. Did you know this iconic beachside town starred in The Turman Show? They also have a collection of food trucks called Airstream Row that you will not want to miss.
For those staying at Adagio, it’s only a nine-minute drive away. You can also bike to Seaside if you are into pedal power. Visitors will notice the distinct pavilions that mark beach accesses, making it easy to enjoy time in the sand. This “all-people-friendly” community offers a cluster of shops and restaurants in the center of the village. There is also a community amphitheater.
Bike to Seaside – Timpoochee Trail
Adagio offers guests on-site bike rentals for the entire family. Pick up your bikes and pedal 4.2 miles to Seaside. Jump on the Timpoochee Trail at Blue Mountain Beach (Mile Marker 5) and head southeast on this mostly flat and paved trail. It runs parallel to 30A, passes through Grayton Beach State Park (Mile Marker 7), across Western Lake, and drops into Seaside (between Mile Marker 9 and 10).

The Shops at Ruskin
Seaside has a delightful selection of boutiques, shops, and galleries surrounding the town’s beautiful park, Ruskin Place. The Shops at Ruskin is the perfect place to find everything from artwork and sundresses to souvenirs.
Farmer’s Market
Enjoy a traditional farmer’s market experience at the Seaside Amphitheater every Tuesday and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
