This is a beautiful second-floor four-bedroom and three-bath condo. Be the first to stay and review this wonderful unit! The spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining, and kitchen area. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful white quartz countertops, a gas stove, and stainless appliances. The dining room seats six with room for four more at the bar. The balcony has 2 lounge chairs, a dining table with 4 chairs, and 2 single chairs to relax and enjoy the amazing view.
Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment. Also featuring two spectacular pools--The gulf-side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue-green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool has three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The Gulf front lawn area is a fantastic spot to take in the Gulf sunset or enjoy a gathering with family and friends.
Adagio's convenient location allows quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside, Gulfplace, and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach Highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.
Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on-site seven days a week.
Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

The Gulf view is amazing - The property is walking distance from great restaurants and the walking / bike path. A-204 could be updated with hard floors (i.e. bedroom carpets) and replacing the living room rug. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the onsite gym, heated pool and unwinding in the deck furniture. We already look forward to relaxing in 2024!!

First time at Adagio. We had a great experience. The unit met our needs, we had easy beach access, the overall property was well maintained. The staff was super responsive when we had a couple of maintenance issues.

Adagio is the Beast
WE have stayed at the Adagio Condos several times, every time we go it is great. Great location, great Condo, beautiful beach. We really don't like staying anywhere else.

Unit A-204 Adagio
We had a great week long stay at Adagio, the location can’t be beat and the property is beautiful. The unit we stayed it had a large ocean front balcony and was very spacious inside and laid out well. It worked well for our two families. We stayed in the master and the bed and pillows were not the most comfortable unfortunately. The unit wasn’t as updated as some of the other units our friends stayed in and theres some minor TLC that could be done to the place but overall it was very nice, the kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed and had Viking appliances and a separate wine fridge. The only frustration we had was the tiny block of beach everyone who didn’t want to rent chairs/umbrellas had to cram into. It’s unfortunate but we made the best of it. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book here again in the future.

Great place to stay!
The condo was very clean and spacious! It was so nice being right on the water and had beautiful views, but when the ocean got a little too much for the kids, the pools were wonderful. Santa Rosa was a nice town with lots of good places to eat, but not too busy. We would love to stay here again!

Blue Mountain Beach Vacation
We always love to stay at Adagio. It’s conveniently located to the beach, ice cream shop, bicycle rental facility and a few restaurants. A204 was spacious enough to accommodate my husband and I with 4 teens.
