Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.
This beautiful four-bedroom and three-bath unit has panoramic gulf views that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining, and kitchen area.
The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with, a gas stove, and stainless appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has a dining table and lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the amazing view.
Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue-green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and include three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The Gulf front lawn area is a fantastic spot to take in the Gulf sunset or enjoy a gathering with family and friends.
Adagio's convenient location allows quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside, and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach Highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Paddleboard and kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.
Adagio is one of the best-managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family-friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on-site seven days a week.
Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Overall pleased.. we have stayed at adagio numerous times. However the furniture in the den is worn. Out and needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable.

Overall this was a very nice unit with great views of the Gulf and beach. Unit is as advertised on the Adagio website. The only downside was that the gas grill closest to our unit wasn't working all week. Also, the thermostat can't be lowered below 70 degrees. We've been coming to Adagio for over 15 years and can't wait to come back.

Manager Response: Hi Alex, Thanks for your review! Wanted to let you know that the gas grills have been fixed sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused during your stay. That week we had a gas leak that had to be fixed. We also had maintenance go by and check the thermostat and it is working correctly now somehow it had gotten put on a locked setting. In the future, if you have any issues please let us know and we can send maintenance to fix it during your stay. Thanks for always coming and staying at Adagio.

Fun family time
Our second Adagio rental.
Pros: very helpful and responsive staff (kudos to Todd for helping jump our car in the parking garage!); nicely furnished for our two week stay; great views from the balcony.
Cons: narrow, very crowded beach; condo and beach rentals very expensive; frustrating that although beach attendants remained on site after 5:00 pickup, they wanted an extra $30 to leave chairs out for sunset. REALLY? For the price paid, condo could provide a few perks - USB ports would be a nice addition and outdoor furniture could use an upgrade.

Best Yet!
This is the third year we have stayed at Adagio. We love it so much which keeps us coming back. This is the first year we stayed in one of the beach front condos. This unit was tastefully decorated, extremely clean and had a spectacular ocean view. We didn't want to leave this little slice of heaven.
