Freshly updated in September 2026, D101 is a light-filled, ground-floor corner condo in one of Adagio’s most convenient locations. As one of the closest poolside units to the beach access, you’re just moments from both the pool and private beach, making it exceptionally easy to come and go throughout the day - no stairs or elevators needed to reach the condo. The corner location also fills the condo with abundant natural light, creating a bright, relaxed coastal feel throughout.
With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a custom bunk room and a spacious poolside patio, D101 offers plenty of room for your group to gather, recharge and enjoy an effortless 30A vacation.
New furniture, artwork and fresh paint give the condo a fresh, welcoming coastal feel. Refinished floors, upgraded lighting and new ceiling fans complete the update. The open living and dining area overlooks the pool and features comfortable seating and a new 75-inch Roku Pro Series TV for movie nights and downtime. Sliding glass doors open directly to the ground-floor patio, furnished with refinished teak seating, a dining table and lounge chairs. It’s an inviting spot for morning coffee, outdoor meals or relaxing after a day at the beach.
The updated kitchen features new single-level quartz countertops, a coordinating backsplash and undermount sink, along with a gas stove and stainless-steel appliances. Great family getaway!
Overall our week at Adagio was excellent. This great location allows you to get both the beach experience and pool experience without traveling by cart or bike. In fact, there is no need for shoes at this resort. The Gulf of America is gorgeous with white sandy beaches. Alittle sea weedy at times but still enjoyable. The pool was excellent and large enough for everyone including playing catch with a ball! D101 was clean and met our basic needs. Only suggestion is to add a few more bath towels, hand towels, and kitchen towels. Highly recommend a visit to 30A and staying at this place!

Overall the property was nice and the location of the rental was ideal.
There were a few maintenance issues such as the master bathroom toilet flushing mechanism and the master bath shower heads; however, the issues were promptly fixed by the maintenance staff (Tracey) both items were changed.
Maintenance staff (Tracey) was very professional, prompt and personable. She is a gem!
I would have house keeping pay a little extra attention to the area between the sink and mirror in master bathroom. There were hair clippings and what appeared to be a rubber band used with braces. Yuck. With the amount of money charged for the rental I did expect spotless.

Unit was well decorated, comfortable and very clean. On the last night our ac unit started leaking (drain was stopped up) and they sent maintenance right out to fix it. The gentleman from maintenance was super nice and took care of the problem immediately. Location is great and pool is beautiful.

D101 condo stay
We booked a very last minute trip and wanted a property close to the beach. We were very pleased with the three bedroom, pool view, room on the first floor. The unit was well furnished, clean and in a great location in proximity to the beach and the pool/hot tub.
