Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage, and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.
This beautiful three bedroom and three bath unit has dazzling views of the 8,000 square foot three-tiered pool that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining and kitchen area.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops with marble back splashes, gas stove and Kitchen appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has a great table and lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.
Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.
Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.
Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.
Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Relax to the Max
The unit was roomy and comfortable. The amenities on the property were plentiful. The gym, heated pool, hot tub, and private beach access provided us with plenty of options. Also, the area was not overtaken with commercial properties. But the area was plentiful for restaurants. In all, we had a low stress and fun vacation stay at a great unit and property.

Overall the place was excellent. We slept well and liked the location and decor. Since we didn't eat in, we didn't need sharp knives but there are only two small knives.

The vacation unit was perfect! The property was clean and well mainted. We throughly enjoyed our unit. The weather was not great and this is our 5th year vacationing at the Adagio. The last three weather has significantly impacted our vacation, which is a bummer.

Extended family vacation.
Adagio personnel was courteous and professional. Check-in and checkout was super easy and we got to check-in earlier than expected. The condo was clean, comfortable and stylishly decorated. Our grandchildren loved the pools and beach. So easy to gather and visit with family between our five condos. We will be back!

We stay at Adagio every year. Compared to other condos it doesn’t have a crockpot, blinder and has carpet in bedrooms (heavily stained from all the traffic) other than that great place to stay.

Nice but a little shabby
The place was spacious and nice however I did think it needed multiple updates. With our room specifically, there were a lot of things broken like outlets, blinds, drapes were ripped and the back sliding door would not lock sometimes unless you worked on it for about five minutes.

The location is wonderful. We love Adagio.This was our 3rd visit. The unit needs a new washer/dryer however. The shower door would stick and back patio furniture is a bit weathered compared to the other 2 units we stayed in.

D104 is ground level with is good. The unit seemed well used and could use some paint and furniture/mattress updates. The cleaning crew at departure was a bit rude.
