Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage, and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.
This beautiful three bedroom and three bath unit has dazzling views of the 8,000 square foot three-tiered pool that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining and kitchen area.
The gourmet kitchen has Quartz counter tops with subway tile, white back splashes, gas stove and Kitchen appliances. The dining room seats six with room for four more at the bar. The balcony has a great table and lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.
Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.
Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.
Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.
Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Wonderful vacation, condo and resort
Our family had a wonderful vacation. The condo, resort, pool and beach were great. No complaints and we will do it again. Also, the restaurants in the area were excellent. The resort was not crowded and was very relaxing. Booking, arrival and departure were effortless. Again--great time and you will love the condo.

Frequent flier review
We love coming to the Adagio for family vacation as the location, proximity to the private beach, pools, overall condition and care for the property and surrounding communities (restaurants, shopping etc.) are excellent. If we had to offer feedback on one area of need, it would be for the complex to invest in new and more plentiful pool furniture. The tables, chairs and lounges are pretty beat up and there could be more available. We have stayed in unit E-302 for all of our visits (4 at this point) and for the most part it is a great unit. The beds are comfortable, it is clean and the kitchen is stocked with all that you need. However, the cushions on the balcony furniture are old and dirty and should be replaced. The shower in the attached queen bedroom also leaks a little. These would need to remedied for us to choose E-302 again when we come for our next vacation.
