Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage, and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.
This beautiful three bedroom and three bath unit has dazzling views of the 8,000 square foot three-tiered pool that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining and kitchen area.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops with marble back splashes, gas stove and Kitchen appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has a great table and lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.
Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.
Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.
Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.
Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

We love coming to the Adagio for family vacation as the location, proximity to the private beach, pools, overall condition and care for the property and surrounding communities (restaurants, shopping etc.) are excellent. If we had to offer feedback on one area of need, it would be for the complex to invest in new and more plentiful pool furniture. The tables, chairs and lounges are pretty beat up and there could be more available. We have stayed in unit E-302 for all of our visits (4 at this point) and for the most part it is a great unit. The beds are comfortable, it is clean and the kitchen is stocked with all that you need. However, the cushions on the balcony furniture are old and dirty and should be replaced. The shower in the attached queen bedroom also leaks a little. These would need to remedied for us to choose E-302 again when we come for our next vacation.

A Great Vacation in Santa Rosa Beach
We recently stayed at the Adagio condominium complex in Santa Rosa beach , unit E-302 , and it was excellent in every way . The complex is right by the sea , so we didn’t have to walk much to be at the beach , and this was important for me as I was recovering form a broken ankle . The buildings have elevators to carry all the heavy gear to the upper floors , and the unit was clean , well appointed and beautiful . The pool was always clean , huge and very pretty . Overall it was a great vacation for children and adults alike .

Wonderful condo at Adagio
We were so pleased with the accommodations at 302 E. The furnishings were so much nicer than some of the other rentals we visited. The outdoor furniture was especially comfortable. Some of the hallway tile was cracked/chipped near the kitchen but it didn’t impact our stay. Lovely, lovely condo!

Agagio E-302 Vacation Rental
Awesome Vacation Rental at Adagio E-302. Condo was in excellent shape and the complex is very beautiful. Pools and private beach area was awesome! Renting beach chair setups for the week is a big plus. We will plan another trip there soon.

Adagio is a really nice place to vacation!
We stay in E302. Booking was convenient & staff very polite.
Condo was nice, however, wasn’t liking the carpet in the master bedroom.
Carpet was stain in numerous places. Loved the patio furniture.
The grounds around the condos were very well kept. The pools are awesome!
Chair rental staff were very pleasant. This was my third year at The Adagio & we will definitely be back.

We will be back!
Everything was just great! We will be back! Clean, tastefully decorated, E-302 was perfect for us! The furniture on the balcony was the deciding factor. Soft, comfy cushions invited us to spend time looking down on the palm trees and beautiful pools....like being in a luxurious treehouse!

Needs a little help!
We get the sense that this unit is new to renting out. Makes sense. Unit needs some maintenance: 1) one shower drained so slowly it was up well above the ankles, 2) one shower dripped all night and had to close the door, 3) kitchen outfitting felt like weak, 4) ice maker on the refrigerator was clogged, 5) community gas grills were poorly maintained. The furnishings of the unit were very good and comfortable (including the outside space. Enjoyed the Adigio facility.

A DAY AT THE BEACH.
This was our second visit to Adagio. Actually the same unit. We're trying to work out dates for our next Spring/Summer visit. And we've also recommended Adagio to friends who are seasoned travelers and were disappointed with their last beach rental. One they've rented for many years. With the beach so close and the pool in the middle of the complex, Adagio is a great place especially if there are children in the group.
We will be looking at a 4 bedroom for next year.

Wonderful Place!
Adagio is a fantastic place to stay in the 30-A area. It is easy to get to. It is easy walking distance to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants close by. The unit itself is very spacious and very well furnished. We will definitely stay here again!
