Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage, and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.
This beautiful three bedroom and three bath unit has dazzling views of the 8,000 square foot three-tiered pool that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining and kitchen area.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops with marble back splashes, gas stove and KitchenAid appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.
Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.
Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.
Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.
Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Adagio is a BEAUTIFUL resort!!! The grounds themselves are beautiful and are very well maintained and everyone from the guards/store a the entrance to management is extremely nice. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Our unit itself what gorgeous. We stayed in unit F102 and it was very nice. The mattress in the master was AMAZING, I have never slept so good. A few things to take note of is the people above us were very loud and we constantly heard them to the point it would wake us up. The cleaning crew did not do a good job, there were hairs everywhere. I am one that gets extremely grossed out by this kind of thing so that part to see right off the bat was upsetting. The condo was setup for everything you could possibly need BUT they desperately need to update their knives and scissors. The knives literally were coming apart/separated from the base. Adagio is away from everything , I like to be able to walk and get a nice “beachy” drink or lunch on the beach and that isn’t an option here. It is away from everything which is very nice in some ways and some it’s not. So it’s got its pros and cons. Overall our place was so nice and I would recommend it for sure, just need to make sure the cleaning is a little better, upgrade the knives and get ready to sleep amazing!

Quiet first floor poolside unit just steps away from your front door. Owner has all new stainless steel appliances along with additional ice maker.
Tastefully furnished throughout along with tempur-pedic king beds
Bunk beds for the kids and walking distance to family restaurants. On-site staff is very helpful and prompt. This will be our condo of choice.
Great walking on beaches and trails along with on-site bikes and golf cart rentals.
Adagio is a first class friendly gated community. You will not be disappointed
It’s our home away from home.

Fantastic beach condo
We have stayed here twice and love this unit. Pool view is wonderful and we enjoy having coffee on the sunny patio each morning. The bedrooms are well appointed and well maintained. The built in bunks make this unit extra fun for our kids. Great kitchen for meals in. Love that you can walk to restaurants, live music and bike rentals. Beach is gorgeous with amazing sunsets! Can’t wait to come back.

Adagio F-102 Destin
This is our 9th time staying at Adagio and love everything about it. This unit, in particular has a separate ice maker which comes in handy. All the couches and chairs were in great shape, we just wished the main table had 6 chairs instead of 4. Otherwise, It was a great layout. Very few units have a sectional couch, and we really enjoyed being able to spread out.

Great location, great condo
This condo was perfect for the 2 families staying here. The ground floor unit made it very easy to manage kiddos in/out to the pool and beach. The condo was clean on arrival and access information was clearly provided. Would definitely consider this unit again if staying in Santa Rosa Beach!

Love adagio but rental had issues
No remote for tv in one room. Kitchen table and some chairs wobbly. Mattresses on room with 2 full beds not good and made plenty noise getting in them. I don’t think floors were mopped because the first day I stayed inside took off my shoes and feet were black from floors. I really do love staying at adagio. I have stayed there about 6 times. Will stay again but not in that room. Love the pools the quietness of the place. Family friendly place

Best place to be with kids
We stayed at Adagio unit D, love this building, great view from the living room and master bedroom( Beautiful pool view) I was able to watch my teenage kids from the patio.Great large hot tub! Gym had best wi-fi,nice place for older kids��. Poor Wi-Fi connection in the unit though. I really enjoyed the beautiful walk to the beach!! easiest check ins and checkouts. Unit was very clean, had everything you need, even more!

Zero Complaints - Amazing Condo
The condo was so nice and clean and updated. No complaints. It is one of the furthest ones from the ocean, but since it is on the bottom floor, it wasn't a problem. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Room in a Great Location
Room was fantastic. Great decor, furniture, etc. Ground level walkout nice to have next to the pool. Small walk through the property to get to beach, but very easy. Had issue with coffee maker and office fixed it same day; great service. Some cell service spotty inside room, but works fine outside and wifi worked well also. Plan to come back and hope to stay in same room!

This is the perfect place! The condo was great. Having an ice maker was just icing on the cake. The only downfall was the stairs to the beach! Coming back after a long day on the beach and having to climb about 45 stairs is not fun! But I'll be back!
