Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage, and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.
This beautiful unit is as close as you can get to Adagio's beach front without booking a larger beach front unit. The three tiered main pool view can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining and kitchen area.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops with marble back splashes, gas stove and stainless appliances. The dining room seats six with room for four more at the bar. The balcony has an additional table and lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.
Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.
Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.
Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.
Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Perfect stay
This is our second time staying at the Adagio, the first time in this unit, and we would absolutely go back and stay in this unit again. The unit was clean, convenient, and was exactly as described. We love the location of the association. The beach and pools are so convenient, we love driving into the other close town, and walking for coffee and ice cream. This unit in particular was a great location to the pools, gym and beach. We hope to be able to stay in this unit again, and would recommend to everyone!

GREAT FAMILY VACATION
The nicest condo we have ever rented. We loved the condo and the pools. It’s quite a hike down a lot of steps to the beach. The beach is beautiful but gets really crowded especially with all of the rented chairs and umbrellas which get the prime locations. We’re planning to go to Adagio again next year.

Wonderful Experience
We had a great time. The unit was fantastic and the beaches were awesome. We had everything promised and with 4 little kids it was the perfect layout. The amenities ie. chairs etc that you could book in advance it just made everything a wonderful experience. We're already taking about booking next year!

Excellent stay!!
We stayed here back in October 2018, and loved it so much we came back. We have 3 boys ages 10, 7, and 14 months so it was a perfect location with a baby. The layout was also perfect bc we put the baby in one of the front bedrooms so he was away from the noise in the family room. We had an amazing week and had everything we needed. Perfect space for our family of 5. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable. My husband and I agreed that it was more comfortable than our bed at home!

Awesome week at Adagio
The unit has had updates versus the pictures they show. I would definitely update the pics as we were pleasantly surprised with the changes. You can’t be the location to the beach. We enjoyed all the amenities at Adagio, you can’t go wrong staying there. The condo was extremely clean, it exceeded our expectations.

Perfect vacation
Our vacation rental unit was perfect for one, or two families. It was our first time at Adagio. Our unit was clean, spacious & had everything you could ask for. I wish I had found this little gem when my children were younger. There were young families every where! There are 4 pools (3 combined), a hot tub and a great workout area. It would be a perfect vacation spot for someone with small children. Our second floor unit was located right by the largest pool making it very easy to keep an eye on your children. The location was perfectly located half way to Destin & half way to Seaside. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Second time to stay at Adagio. Both times were fabulous, condos very accommodating and comfortable, management helpful, kitchens well supplied and the short walk to the beach was convenient. Great sunsets , close to restaurants, traffic so much better than Destin and Hwy 98, but easy to get to when necessary.

Lovely property with great location to the beach! Pool by the ocean great to see and hear the ocean. Some of furniture a little dated. The entertainment center is large and outdated and made it hard to see the TV from some seats. Overall nice property.

We love our trip to 30A and Adagio. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Loved the convenience of both the pool and the beach. It’s our new favorite place!

Adagio G205 - June 2020
This is our 4th time staying at the Adagio, and as always, we loved the property. Unit G205 was decorated nicely, but more importantly the furniture and bedding was comfortable in all rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and stemware and had both a drip coffee pot and Keurig machine.
The properties pools and beaches were well maintained large enough for everyone to enjoy without being on top of each other. La Dolce Vita personnel provided excellent service on the beach.
The only negatives were the weak wifi signal and slow internet speed. Luckily, I didn't end up having to login to my work system, so this didn't impact anything but our son's PS4 gaming and streaming over our fire sticks in the bedrooms.
We would definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful pool. Close to the beach.
This was our second year staying in this unit. Its beautiful and spacious.We love the location. Close to the 30A action and Destin as well. The only negative I can say is the master bath shower door needs repair.

Adagio G-205 is a fantastic unit! Extremely clean, well furnished and organized. The entire resort is spotless. The only downside is, there are way too many beach rentals (chairs and umbrellas) on a small stretch of sand. You literally sit elbow to elbow with people.

Adagio G205 review
Adagio G 205 is a beautiful room and was very clean. The pool area and grounds in the resort were very clean and well kept. Our only complaints are the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work, but the staff provided us with bags of ice. Also the mattress in one of the smaller bedrooms was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. It was like sleeping in a bowl - the mattress sunk in the middle very badly. It is the smallest of the 3 beds in the unit. We would definitely love to stay in that room again if that particular mattress is replaced.

Great Family Spring Break!
Awesome! Conveniently located to beach, pool, Seaside, Destin, dining, etc. Excellent amenities. The only negative is the hot tub rule of nobody under 21 in the hot tub after 6pm. I understand needing an adult for 18+ after say 10pm but this rule didn't even allow for me to sit in the hot tub with my teens who actually wanted to be with me instead of roaming & doing God knows what on the streets or the beach. That HOA rule needs to be revisited & revised. We were thinking of doing a mother / daughter visit with several families in the summer but won't look here bc of that rule.

Great week doen south
Awesome place to vacation, would highly recommend! Note, not a hotel, no room service, daily cleaning, etc. This IS your home while there. Everything is available down to pizza pans in the kitchen. Came in late and Stormy the property manager helped us get situated. Very secure, quiet- no doors slamming just beach wind and wave sounds. If you are in the mindset of being left alone then this is an awesome place for peace and quiet, also heated endless pool overlooking the beach was very nice.
