Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.
This beautiful three bedroom and three bath unit has dazzling views of the 8,000 square foot three-tiered pool that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining, and kitchen area.
The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with marble backsplashes, a gas stove, air fryer & brand new LG fridge. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.
Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area is a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or enjoy a gathering with family and friends.
Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach Highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.
Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.
Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Spectacular 3 BDRM corner unit with pool view!
The condo was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable furniture and beds. We loved the heated pool as we were there in March. Less than 1 min walk to the beach from the unit. The staff monitoring the gate were friendly. The pool area and amenities were well maintained and clean. We would love to visit again. We also enjoyed the bikes and the bike trails were all right there to get ice cream down the road. Thank you for a great stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our condo was clean and ready ahead of time. Check in process was very simple and easy. The pool and beach access were close to each unit. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Highly suggest staying here if you haven’t.

Wonderful unit!
We loved Adagio G405! This is a great corner unit full of light and beautifully decorated. The unit is very well equipped with everything you need. We loved the air fryer! Very comfortable and clean. The bunk beds were larger than we expected which made our 16 year old very happy! We loved the location too and look forward to coming back in warmer weather!

Family Fun in the Sun
We rented two side by side condos to accommodate our family for a week of fun in the sand and sun. It was our first time to stay at Adagio, but certainly will not be our last! We were delighted with the condos’ furnishings, modern appliances, and location. The pool was wonderful and the proximity to the breathtakingly beautiful beach was perfect. We weren’t expecting quite so many stairs - they provided a bit of a challenge and prevented us from using a beach cart. We would absolutely recommend Adagio as the ideal vacation spot!

Best week yet!
We’ve been vacationing on 30-A for the past decade, and this was our best stay yet! Amazing service, amenities and accommodations. The pools were perfect for our kids and the short walk to the beach could not be beat. We could not recommend Adagio enough!

Wonderful Condo
This was our third time staying at the Adagio in Santa Rosa. And our first time in unit G-405. This unit is fantastic. Great poolside condo on the fourth floor. We absolutely loved it. We will be coming back and staying in this unit again.

Best service yet
The Adagio Association is the best we’ve encountered in 22 years of traveling. They go way beyond and make it look easy. We will definitely book through them again.
My only suggestion to them as any property management company would be to offer “good, better, best” cleaning and charge accordingly.

Plenty of Room
We truly enjoyed our stay at Adagio G405. It was exactly what we needed as we had 7 people in our condo. We all had plenty of room and the living room and dining room served our needs well. Our only complaints were the amount of kids in the hot tub and the lack of towels and wash clothes in the condo.

The property description was very accurate - the corner unit and additional windows makes for a very open/airy feeling. The unit was recently renovated and was very clean and well-maintained. The location is very close to the beach and pool. My family had a very relaxing stay - I would highly recommend.

Nice big, bright condo, even better than the pictures! Well equipped unit with nice furniture, quality bedding/towels, well equipped kitchen. Nice big pool with lots of seating. Short walk to the ocean. Location is convenient to all 30A has to offer. Our family would return and would recommend to others.
Note: there were a couple beach chairs and pool noodles in one bedroom closet. We don’t remember seeing it listed.

Always a good time in G-405
Second time staying in G-405, it’s our favorite place and we had a fabulous time again!!! The remodel looks great, love the flooring and new furniture! We celebrated my daughter’s 15th birthday �� this time and it was just perfect in every way! Looking forward to coming back to G-405 soon.

Fantastic Family Trip to 30A
This was our first trip to the 30A area, and it did not disappoint. This rental was beautiful, quiet, and in a great location. The property management company was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again. As other reviewers have noted, be sure to book your beach chairs ahead of time!

Wonderful Place
The condo was even more beautiful than the photos. The interior was tastefully done with just enough "beachy" touches. It was immaculately clean and very accessible to the beach and pools. The staff was very responsive to any questions or requests. My only recommendation would be to make your beach chair reservations in advance. They were all sold out when we were there.

Great 30a location
Adagio is located in a quieter area of 30a. The unit was clean, well equipped, nicely decorated and had good access to the beach. Several great eating are within walking distance. Will stay there again.

The good and bad, an honest review.
The good...We really liked the look of the complex, its location and how clean it was. There is very quick and easy access to the pool and beach. The size and look of the pool which was never crowded was very nice. The unit itself spacious and has a large deck with a great view of the pool and all of the palm trees surrounding it. The pool looks great at night! The bad...The unit floors were dirty and the bedroom carpet was in rough shape and needs replacing. The bottom of my feet were black before we were done unpacking. The deck needs more comfortable seating. The only two hard deck lounge chairs could use some cushions which may be nitpicking but I would have liked to sit out on the deck more, especialy at the end of the day. Overall, this unit could be awesome with a few fixes. We really liked the complex and will probably come back again.

Fantastic Vacation Rental!
We spent the Easter week at Adagio and had a wonderful time. The rental unit was very nice and very comfortable. The furniture, beds, kitchen, bathrooms were all great!. The location in the complex was very good too. We will be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental! It was a perfect size for our family of 4. Although I worried a little about the noise from the pool, we never heard any noise at all while we were there. Both pools are amazing! We had a great stay and would definitely visit again!

Just what I needed - a week in Santa Rosa Beach
Had a great time staying with my college aged kids in Adagio G405. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for the week. I love the location and the quick walk to the beach. Had one minor problem with the dishwasher and Stephanie had a repair person there within minutes to resolve. I'll definitely do it again when I can.

Great Stay on 30A
These were two of the nicest condos we have stayed at the Adagio. Being in building G gave you the best of both worlds, next to the pools but also a short walk to the beach. The condos were all equipped perfectly and were great for kids. The Adagio staff was also very attentive to any needs we had and quickly fixed any minor issues we had. Definitely coming back to these condos.

I have rented at Adagio before and each unit and experience has been great. I will definitely be back in the future. This unit was very comfortable, clean, and attractive with a peak-a-boo view of the gulf. The management company that we booked through was super pleasant and helpful.

Loved the view of the pool and Gulf from this unit. Lots of light.

Only down side. Master bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Had to sleep in another room.
Keep your kids out of the pool fountain. Fountain spigots are very sharp.

Nicely furnished and decorated condo with great view from the balcony of the outstanding pools.i ice maker in kitchen was perfect for filling cooler every day. I feel this unit provided more privacy, especially when sitting on deck. This unit is located to easily go to beach. However, I was surprised that there are 40 steps to get to beach even though there were different landings to.ease the walk.
