Here at Adagio, we offer top-notch Santa Rosa Beach condominiums. All our vacation rentals are located in South Walton in the charming Blue Mountain Beach gated community. You’ll feel as if you’re in your own oasis while remaining close to the area’s best activities and attractions. Our property offers 130 units throughout seven buildings. Buildings A, B, and C are gulf-front units, and D, E, F, and G are poolside units. No matter which property you choose to stay in, you’ll be surrounded by the best amenities possible.

Hot Tub
Adagio has a hot tub that 15 feet wide and is heated all year long. It seats up to 15 people and is available for family use during the day; and can be reserved for adults 21 years and older after 6 p.m.
Pools
Adagio is home to two amazing pools. The heated gulf-front pool is swimmable year-round and features an infinity edge overlooking the dunes out to the Emerald waters. The other pool is over 8000 square feet with three tiers joined by gentle waterfall edges. Lush landscapes surround both pools with ample lounges and tables for your enjoyment.
Community Lawns and Grilling Areas
Enjoy the beach views from our two communal lawns that sit atop our 600-foot dune line. These areas offer plenty of space to spread out and enjoy family activities just steps from the beach. We also have four community grilling areas that you are welcome to utilize.
Fitness
We offer an on-site fitness center with treadmills, a recumbent bike, elliptical trainers, and multi-function weight training equipment available for your convenience from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
Beach Services
We’re proud to partner with La Dolce Vita for onsite beach services. La Dolce Vita provides chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, and family-sized umbrellas.
Bike Rentals
La Dolce Vita is also the preferred vendor for bike rentals at Adagio. They have an onsite fleet of rental bikes available in multiple sizes for each member of your family, so you can leisurely explore 30A.
